We are nearly a month into the year…Have you already dismissed your new year’s resolutions?
Typically, at this point, people have forgotten about, lost their willpower or given up on their resolutions to change. Let me encourage you to stay committed to your goals!
Statistics prove that if we can change our behavior for 21 days, we can break a bad habit and form a good habit! Another statistic proves that if you have a support system of people to encourage you, it multiplies your success rate! Remember what I said…Huge changes are usually made up of 100’s of small changes! Whether our goals are to get healthier, lose a few pounds, build a better marriage and family, become more positive and faith filled, choose to be happier, kinder and more loving, make a difference in someone’s life or pray more and read our Bibles more… Small, daily commitments add up to big, long term achievements! Be sure to ask the Lord for help and equipping!
We can do ALL things through Christ, who strengthens us!!!!
